DMCA Policy

Valiant Design respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users and contributors to do the same. As a platform dedicated to exploring topics like luxury classic interior design and architectural mathematics, we understand the value of original creative works. We will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on valiant-design.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must contain all of the following required elements. We cannot act on incomplete notices.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Valiant Design to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process

If content you posted on Valiant Design was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notice allows you to dispute the claim and request restoration of the content. We will promptly forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party.

  • A physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Valiant Design may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Valiant Design maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright. This includes users who repeatedly post or transmit infringing content, in accordance with applicable copyright laws. We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
